KrisA little background I always use elastic laces in any of my shoes to be able to slip them on and off very easily. I’ve had 6 inch boots before and they just didn’t really work well with the elastic laces to step in and out of quickly. However these boots with the hands-free capability built to just slip them on and slip them off is incredible. I can step in and out of them very easily. That feels great and saves me time as a first responder getting my boots on for a call not having to deal with laces or zippers. To be able to do this in a 6 inch boot is great. Not something I’m used to. I really like that the integrated heavier duty heel for taking them off where you can just put your toe on the opposite heel and pull them off very easy. They are also very comfortable and feel very durable. Thank you!

Throughout my career, I have tried many, many boots. I settled on one brand, which I loved; however, the model I wore for so long was discontinued, and they did not make a suitable replacement. I have spent hundreds, and hundreds of dollars to find the right replacement boot, from the less expensive, to $300 Danner boots. After putting these on the very first time, all of my other boots have taken their place in the garage next to the lawn mower, standing ready for yard work.
I love these boots, and wish I would have known about these sooner. If there was one thing I would change about them, I'd love to see more leather on them. Possibly up along the laces, or along the sole. I'm not sure if that's possible due to the design and functionality, but I just wanted to pass it along to the designers, if it would ever make it to them. Either way, I retire in 5 years, and I will never buy a different boot.
The most comfortable things ive ever put on my feet. I don’t even want to take them off when i get home after work. These boots are remarkable, i feel the same way about my first pair too.
I love them but still getting use to them.
