Great footbed with a wide toebox unlike Solomons. I wish the gray color was not on the mid black variant. Waterproof version would be nice.

I absolutely love my Legacy boots. They’re the perfect hybrid of a traditional boot and athletic shoe. I wear them all the time. I especially like the heel area. It’s more comfortable than a lot of other boots I own. Highly recommend!

First fit felt amazing! They look great, feel amazing with the ortho lite insole. A MUST BUY
So I bought these shoes back in March on an preorder and got them the first to second week of June. Spent a lot of money on shoes that look cool, but are uncomfortable.
I got the black legacy mids in size 11, my actual size. If I got a bigger or smaller shoe, it wouldn’t fit. The sole of the shoe is very thin and highly uncomfortable. The grip is fantastic on the bottom, which I really like.
I walk in the shoes and my foot slides a little. Now seeing this you think, “get a smaller shoe”, but like I said, if I did it would be too narrow on my feet.
I think these shoes need more work done on them. I love Altama, I wear the Maritime Assault shoes and they are fantastic. My feet are pretty swollen after putting these on. Dont recommend, personally.

While the Maritime and Legacy share the ALTAMA® name, they were built for very different missions. The Maritime features a snug, secure fit to minimize foot movement during amphibious operations, while the Legacy was engineered with a roomier toe box to allow for natural foot splay during high-output training and competition. Because of that difference, some users—especially those with higher arches or wider forefeet—have found that going up a half size and cinching the quick-lace system provides a more secure fit without sacrificing toe room.
